1. Acceptable Use Policy for Servers
- Resource Usage Limits:
- Your website must not sustain a load of 4 for more than one hour; otherwise, your service will be automatically restarted.
- A load of 2 should not be maintained for over two hours, or your service will be restarted.
- Configure your website to send no more than 10 emails per hour. If higher limits are justified, please open a support ticket to request an adjustment.
- Shared Resources:
- CPU cores are shared among users. While you may use all available cores during peak periods, prolonged high usage is not permitted.
- DDoS and Load Monitoring:
- If your website experiences more than one DDoS attack in total, we reserve the right to terminate your service.
- Our system will automatically suspend any website with a 5-minute load average exceeding 30.0.
2. Spamming and Bulk Mailing
- Prohibited Practices:
- Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial emails is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated email systems to send bulk messages or maintain an open, unsecured SMTP relay is not allowed.
- Consequences:
- Upon receipt of a complaint regarding spam, we will investigate and may suspend your account if the activity is confirmed.
- A violation of this policy may incur a penalty of $500, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
3. Service Suspension
- Immediate Action:
- If we determine that you are violating any of our policies, your service may be suspended until the issue is resolved to our satisfaction or that of the notifying party.
4. DMCA Compliance
- Copyright Notice:
- We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and follow proper procedures for handling copyright infringement notices, regardless of your location.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Interruption of Service:

- Multiple accounts per subscriber are not permitted. You must maintain current and accurate identification information throughout your service period.
7. Cancellation

- Forfeiture of Credits:
- Upon cancellation, any account credits will be forfeited. You may request the deletion of your personal information at the time of cancellation.

- To report copyright infringement, you must provide a written notice that includes:
- Detailed identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information (telephone number and email).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
